Delivery Policy

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for all products which are below Rs. 3000.
  2. We take extensive precautions for the safety of the products and their packaging while dispatching them.
  3. We pack our products in boxes, where each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap.
  4. If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. A Proper Video of Unboxing required while making replacement.
  5. Orders placed by customer will be dispatched within 48 Hours except Sunday.
  6. If the order is updated as delivered, but the customer has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the jcblaccessories via call or email within 48 hours of the delivery intimation.
  7. For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3 working days are required to investigate and review your request.
  8. Customer should not accept any shipment if package is tampered or damaged.
  9. In case, our return pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in customer's bank account or in the website's wallet account.
  10. We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
  11. Any kind of  physical damage done by customers after delivery of the orders will not be accepted, and no refund will be made. 
  12. Cash-back is eligible only on the pre-paid orders. No cash-back will be applicable on the JCBL Accessories Wallet. This will be a one-time Transaction.

                       

                      CANCELLATION POLICY

                      1. Orders, once dispatched, are not eligible for cancellation until RTO is marked by the logistics partner.
                      1. Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only even if you cancel the order later.
                      1. If you have redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
                      1. In case of a return's or cancellation or the order, the refund shall be initiated post the dispatched order received at the warehouse.

                      SHIPPING POLICY

                      1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of checkout.
                      1. Once order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days.
                      1. The estimated delivery time may vary depends on the location. Days excluding Sunday and public Holidays are calculated as working days. 
                      1. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes.
                      1. Split shipments are completely normal. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations across India.
